Ken joined Minor, Bell and Neal in 2006. He grew up in Van Meter, Iowa and moved to the area after law school for the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of living in northwest Georgia combined with the practice of complex business law. The unique makeup of the businesses and people in northwest Georgia provide the challenges that make the practice of law satisfying. Ken has experience in a wide variety of business transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, supply agreements, joint ventures and business financing. Ken also concentrates his practice in estate planning and taxation.
