
In twenty years of practice, Jim has advised many different kinds of health care providers and business clients in matters ranging from simple contract negotiation and drafting to complex transactional and regulatory matters. Jim firmly believes that effective and practical results for clients are forged from partnering with clients and learning about their businesses. As a result, Jim seeks to develop with each client a relationship that enables the creation of legal solutions that reflect and meet the client’s short term and long term goals.
