Brian Wright is an associate in Minor, Bell & Neal's litigation section. Prior to joining Minor, Bell and Neal, Brian gained valuable experience in a wide range of cases as a law clerk for the Honorable Cindy Morris of the Superior Court of Whitfield and Murray Counties. Brian specializes in the areas of complex business disputes, workers' compensation defense, and real estate litigation. He also represents health care entities and government entities. In addition to participation in jury and bench trials, he has obtained favorable outcomes prior to trial in a variety of contested matters, including business tort claims, breach of commercial contracts, breach of employee noncompetition agreements, government liability defense, and slip and fall liability defense. His practice includes trial litigation in all state and federal courts in Georgia, appellate litigation, and bankruptcy litigation.
