Kenneth L. Mishoe, IV joined Minor, Bell and Neal in 2006. Mr. Mishoe was born in Pensacola, Florida and grew up in Van Meter, Iowa. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 2001 at Drake University in Des Moines and also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Drake in 2002. He passed the CPA exam in 2002. Mr. Mishoe earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005.

While at the University of Georgia, Mr. Mishoe was an Articles Editor for the University of Georgia Law Review and active in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program and Student Bar Association. After graduating, Mr. Mishoe spent one year as a law clerk for the Honorable William T. Boyett, Chief Judge of the Superior Court of the Conasauga Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Mishoe was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005 and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Conasauga Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Corporate Law and Commercial Transactions, Estate Planning, and Taxation in the firm’s Dalton office.
