|
|
John T. Minor, V, a native of Dalton, joined Minor, Bell and Neal in 2006 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. In 2003, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University, receiving his bachelor’s degree with majors in Music Composition and Cognitive Psychology, completing honors theses in both areas. A scholarship recipient at Mercer, Mr. Minor was active in the Student Bar Association, the Tax Law Society, the Environmental Law Society, the Technology and Intellectual Property Law Society, as well as other organizations. While in school he participated in internships with the Legal Aid Clinic, the Georgia Capital Defender’s Office, and the Honorable William J. Self, II, Judge of the Probate Court in Bibb County, Georgia.
Mr. Minor was
admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2006 and is also a member of the American
Bar Association and the Conasauga Bar Association. He is a registered
mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, and is an Eagle
Scout. Mr. Minor and his wife, Laura, reside in the Ringgold/Ft.
Oglethorpe area where they are active in the community. |
