 |
James H. Bisson, III joined Minor, Bell & Neal in 1997 bringing with
him 21 years experience in Government Law, Commercial Transactions, Bankruptcy
Law, Commercial Litigation and Mediation. A native of Brunswick, Ga., Mr. Bisson is a 1973 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree. While in college, he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. He earned his Juris Doctorate from UGA in 1976, the same year he was admitted to the Georgia Bar. Mr. Bisson served in the Georgia Air National Guard from 1971 to 1977. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Bisson joined the Dalton law firm of Mitchell & Mitchell where he remained until joining Minor, Bell & Neal. He is a member of the Conasauga Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and a former member of the Federal Judicial Council. He has served on the boards of directors of the Dalton/Whitfield County Chamber of Commerce, Dalton’s Creative Arts Guild and Cherokee Estate. He and his family, including wife, Susan, and daughters Jennifer and Rebecca, are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Dalton. |
